MiAMi
The temperatures are rising. So is the vaccine rate. Summer is coming and the BEACH is calling my name. So, I hit up my best gals and planned a trip to Miami! Now, I have been to Miami a dozen times - I thought I had seen it all. But man, I was wrong! Check out a recap of our vacay below, and discover some of the hidden gems we found in South Beach!
HOTELS
I was able to stay at two hotels during my trip - the Faena Hotel and the Fontainebleau. Though I have stayed at the latter many times, I had never stayed at the Faena. I am not exaggerating when I say it was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had! Luxury on the beach, the Faena Hotel displayed jaw-dropping design, food and drink crafted to perfection, and impeccable customer service. Everyone called me by name from the moment I entered until I left the property. I will certainly be back, and you should check it out too!
NOTE - The Faena has a deal for Georgia and Florida residents, and not only does it offer a room discount, it also includes free gourmet breakfast, $50 resort credit, 4PM LATE CHECK-OUT, Free rooM upgrADE and so much more! Call The Faena to hear more about this deal, and check-out some of my favorite features of this hotel, below!
The attention to design and detail was so impressive throughout The Faena - check out some of the details of my UPGRADED oceanfront suite!
The Fontainebleau is always great - it is night and day from the Faena. It is a party all. day. long. If you want to be somewhere with more of a party atmosphere, this is your best bet!
BRUNCH
I have heard a lot about Swan- I have heard that it is an eatery, partially owned by Pharell Williams, it is a “place to be seen” with beautiful interior decor, great drinks, loud music and so-so food. I have to say, all of that is correct, EXCEPT, the food was exceptional! It was the one meal that we ate that EVERYONE loved. The three must-haves are the Ricotta Pancake, the Crab Eggs Benedict and the Purple Rain cocktail!
I have so many other recommendations from this getaway - check them out linked on the photos, below.
